"Excellent food and service . We visited one of those busiest weekend days and anticipated that it would take forever. But the team was well organized and extended their earliest service possible. Food was very authentic Chettinad style. We loved the food."

"Welcoming staff and owner. Went here for my mom birthday, 20+ people and everyone including myself enjoyed it. They serve a very delicious fresh baked Tandoori chicken, Curries, Lamb, Basmati rice, vegetables, samosas, chutney and a good variety of naan, especially very good garlic naan. All fresh authentic ingredients and delicious! Great location on the corner. Excellent fresh healthy portions. Big fan of the salmon speacial and garlic naan. Oh and the drinks were on point. Message to the owner ...thank you very much for having us. We'll be back soon"

"Overall, the meal was good with decent portion sizes. The service was fast and our orders came out quickly. We were given complimentary papad with tamarind and mint chutney, as well as a complimentary sequence of steamed rice with the veg curries. A good Indian restaurant in Monroeville!"

"The food was great and the service was too! We ordered a LOT of food, and Dee did a fine job keeping us filled up. Being new to Indian food, we wish there was a little better explanation on what each dish consisted of (some were spicy but not indicated in the menu, so make sure to ask) but everything we ordered was hot and very tasty and the portions are huge. We will return next year on our annual Braves trip."

"The food at this restaurant is excellent. My wife and I, both vegetarians, frequently visit this place. The only drawback is that the service can be slow at times. There have been occasions where we have had to wait longer than expected for our food when dining in. Additionally, when ordering take-out, there have been instances where the food was not ready on time. Once, I arrived to pick up my order and they processed my payment before informing me that the food wasn't ready, resulting in a long wait of over an hour. If ordering take-out, it is advisable not to pay until you have received your food."

"The food was OUTSTANDING. We ordered Mutter Paneer and Chicken Tikka Masala (along with Buttered Nan) and I was in heaven from the first bite ‘til the last, savoring the exquisitely artful blend of exotic flavors, delighted with each fragrant forkful. If you dine here, you’ll be treated to some of the finest Indian cuisine in the Greater Phoenix area. The service needs serious attention in order to bring it up to the level of the food. Our waiter seemed as though he’d never been trained in service, let alone supervised; when he finally delivered the bill to me covered with grease, it was a fitting finish to his long line of careless and clueless service faux pas. Fortunately, my elation over the quality of the food helped me look past his ineptitude. I would have brought this to the attention of the owner or manager, but there seemed to be no one over the waiter who had anything more than a “J.V.” (Junior Varsity) understanding of fine dining service. Also, there were numerous things broken in the restaurant (the booths are unusable; do not try sitting in them; the table have much better lighting anyway; and numerous items in the rest room were broken and unusable; this is a theme throughout this restaurant). The chef here is so excellent that I must stress that this restaurant is a culinary treasure for our community. If Chennai Chettinaad Palace brings in a front-of-house manager to train the waitstaff in proper service and attention to detail and brings the service here up to the same level as the outstanding food served at this restaurant, it could be one of the finest restaurants in North Phoenix. Please support this restaurant. You will be absolutely delighted by the outstanding quality of the cuisine served here. And I hope that the owners/managers will take action so that in the future we can also be delighted by the quality of the service experience as well."

"This is such a bizarre experience. We’re (group of 7) sitting here waiting for our food. Three dishes have arrived over the course of about 30 mins and I have no idea when the rest will arrive. As a side note, this place is an accessibility nightmare. Barely enough room for my elderly grandmother with a normal sized walker to come in past the host stand and first few tables. Very strange place. The waiter just sort of came over and stared at us when it was time to order.Update: food was absolutely delicious once it all arrived. But we’re now just sitting here waiting on the cheque—have been for a while. These folks don’t seem to have heard of “anticipatory service.”Wheelchair accessibility: Not good."

"update: we went there at this weekend. dine is allowed, but food will be packaged in a box and they need to serve by themselves (consider the job question, that is fair enough.) food quality was good and the price is not cheaper without service. order 30 min before and it was ready when we arrived. on Saturday we ordered a trip for 19.45 and asked for 1 hour. we went around 8.45 and we had to wait 5-10 minutes to get our food. ordered for commissioning and there were about 5 different order pickup waiting for commissioning. as such we ordered boneless chicken biriyani, mutton biriyani, pfefferhem, huh 65 , chili huhn, we asked for spicy on all objects. Literally everything was very sharp (no complaining, as we had asked ourselves to handle it, but we could not enjoy it because of spiciness. consider them while they ask for spiciness. the food tasted good, except for the spice. the store has not immersed and only a takeout. make an order early to avoid additional long waiting time. we crossed them, so we had ordered an hour before our arrival. were good. the price is above average but not pricy. will recommend this"

"I was underwhelmed by County BBQ. You seat yourself and there are a limited number of menus available. We had six people that were sharing two menus. I ordered the chopped pork sandwich that said it came with slaw. I asked to substitute the slaw with hush puppies and I ordered a water to drink. The waitress said nothing and went on her way. The food came quickly and we weren't pestered by the staff trying to push us out quickly. The privacy was appreciated and allowed for good conversation without interruptions. When I got the bill I learned that the slaw was not a side and I had been charged for the hush puppies. What got me was the fact that I was charged for the water! The food quality was okay but nothing to write home about. Though not bad, I definitely would not go out of my way to go here again."

"Food was OK, pretty par for the course for an Indian restaurant. Ambience was only slightly better than in a regular strip mall, service was good but not great. The prices, however, were more appropriate for an upscale dining experience.Would have been great if they had provided food, ambience and service that matched the prices.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options."
