Murph's Gaslight has a chicken recipe that keeps customers coming back for many years. This is the simple recipe that your mom and grandma used when they cooked chicken in the skillet for dinner. It's a recipe that still works. The atmosphere at Murph's Gaslight is something between a small sports bar and a private country club. Don't let that intimidate you from eating a wonderful chicken meal. The crowd is friendly and the servers want you to be pleased with your experience. We went for lunch and were served 4 nice portions of chicken, with fries and a delicious Cole slaw. Our plates look good don't they! If you love chicken, you better go to Murph's Gaslight !"
