"It was Wednesday night, we had a reservation., 4 people. Burgers were wrong. Mine needed mushrooms- by the time they came out the burger was cold. We waited at least 20 minutes for our check with four empty beer bottles sitting in front of us and dry water glasses. I understand it’s hard to find help, training the people you have could go a long way."
