"Not very busy, and very over staffed so it's hard to understand why it was a rough visit. Our waitress asked us if we would like an appetizer, and we said yes and began to tell her but she then turned around and walked away and started talking to another waitress! When I ordered my food, it came out quick but it was really cold and had to be sent back. We asked if we could get refills of our drinks, but by the time our waitress came back with them, we were done eating and ready to go. As a previous manager at a restaurant, seeing how many tables were not cleaned off and the amount of food on the floor while servers are standing around talking was interesting. And I think they are having a sewage problem because about 5ft from their bathrooms there is a terrible sewage smell. We were really excited for our first trip to Medford Applebee's, but unfortunately we will not be making our way back. Good luck with your crew. Oah and Jess, the waitress was not assigned to us, but she was very sweet and helpful."
