"No wonder the Greek is Mad. 5 of us went to the restaurant in Cleveland Hts for dinner. Between us 5 we ordered 2 Gyro Sandwiches, 1 Hummus, 1 Chicken Tikka Masala and 1 Roast Leg of Lamb. We also ordered some appetizers Calamari and Mussels. The hummus had no taste, but was edible. The shells had two pieces of bread on the top, which drowned, not garnished with parsley flakes. Mussels with parsley wasn't as we expected. We said there was too much parsley, and the waitress said she was sad and would tell the cook. The gros were ok (3 slices of meat of $9.95), but the yogurt topping was bland. The Tikka Masala was good. The roast leg of the lamb was difficult to describe. I thought it was the roast leg of lamb as I had many times in many places, but that was different. I was presented with a plate with 2 slices of lamb, something orzo and a few sautéed vegetables. There was this large open space on the plate as if something was missing. I was roasted leg of lamb with and without the bone, but never part controlled. Lamb is a rich food, not for the flood of heart, but for $17.95 this was not even a lunch part. I said something to the waitress, and she said it was a new cook, and so he does. I wanted to see the manager or the owner. He came to the table and defended the food. He said they cut it in the kitchen, making it easier on the customer. I asked, was not fooling 2 discs when the menu said: "Roast Leg of Lamb", and I was told that it was roasted leg of lamb. I asked why it didn't say discs or flakes. I received the same answer. I even asked what he would call a T-bone steak without bone. He said "a striped steak" to which I asked, why is that different when the lamb was not? I have the same answer, no satisfaction. This restaurant has been here for many years. It seems that it has switched owners and chefs. All that remains is the name. For a medium to medium-high dinner this was overly weak. It doesn't matter to pay for what I get, but I'm thinking not to get what I pay. In this economy as they survive is beyond my understanding. Perhaps it is now a bar that tries to serve Greek food instead of the Fine Greek restaurant that also has liberations."
