"I recently dined at this restaurant and had a great experience. The price per person was very affordable, ranging from $1 to $10. The food was delicious, earning a rating of 4 out of 5. The service was exceptional, receiving a perfect score of 5. However, the atmosphere was just average, with a rating of 3. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for a budget-friendly and enjoyable dining experience."

"silvester bookings made two weeks in advance; asked if prime rib would be on the menu. the recipeist has checked with cook-snd, I was sure it would be. got 5:55 for 18 clock reservation for 4 in a stand. ordered drinks and a few hors taucher about 6:15 ordered dinner; kellner came back and said they were out of the main rib. there were only 6 escapes to choose on the menu and they were already 6:15 out of one. very disappointed"

"We have eaten there numerous times in the past and have always enjoyed the food. This time however, the food was no way up the the standards as before. Everyone at our table of four ate let than half of the order. The sauces were to oily and the pasta was stuck together in big clumps. Took it home but threw it away."

"Rudest customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered food from Frank’s online at 5:30 pm, clearly during their operating hours. When my sister went to pick the pizza up, the door was open and a man was sitting inside with his shirt off and said they were closed and our pizzas were not made; however, I had been charged. When I went in to explain that I would like to be refunded, I was met with such hostility that I was shocked! The man working basically told me it was not his problem and that it was the third-party’s problem and screamed at me to get out of his restaurant. My husband went back to speak to them since I was so upset and the man said he had called the cops on me! I did speak to Door Dash who powered the online ordering service and they said that Frank’s could have easily refunded me since they had received my money. (I don’t even care about the money at this point! I am in total disbelief over the treatment I received from this unhinged individual. I wish I had thought to pull out my phone and record him and all of the wild remarks he was making. I will not support his business and will share my experience with everyone I know."

"I've always loved Miceli's and go at least once a year. The food is consistently terrific, no matter what I order. I'm impressed with the remarkable musical talent of the wait staff who could easily be on the theater stage and enjoy their wide repertoire of songs. When you make a reservation, they get you seated on time. This last visit, however, it was terribly noisy. The microphones and speakers for the performers seemed to be turned on low volume because I could barely hear the music and vocalists. I've been there several times during busy Saturday and Friday nights and could always hear the music just fine. Perhaps there were unusually rowdy patrons that night. I've been there for lunch when there were no performers and the food is terrific even if you don't get the live musical show."

"Good pizza and even better staff! The highlight slice here is the grandpa slice which is a MUST try. This is pretty much a round upside down slice with the sauce on top. Excellent crust and well balanced slice in general. Not super heavy but you will be getting full after 1 slice. Think L&B in Brooklyn, but just in round form. Airy crust. Delicious sauce. Not often to I rate a specialty slice over the plain but in this case, regular gets a 6.8 and grandpa gets a 7.4. Try them out if you are close by and make the grandpa slice the must try!"

"I've always enjoyed Miceli's for its history, good food and ambiance. I hate to say this but the old wait staff needs to go. They clearly get overwhelmed when it gets busy and the night I went was not busy at all. Two of the items I ordered were not delivered capresse salad and soft drink when our dinner arrived so I asked to have them taken off my bill, which he did. But his lack of attention cost Miceli's so I would imagine this happens more often when you're busy. Food was soso this time"

"I’m here in Greenville for my first visit and we chose your restaurant as our first dinner on this weekends adventure! My fiancée and her son chose pizza for their meal. I chose the smothered roasted chicken! The meal was fantastic! The dessert (cream brûlée and cheesecake) were amazing! And our server “Aaron” was so attentive, kind, patient, and funny! "About two months ago, my debit card didn't work for a fraud. I wasn't aware of it when I picked up my food, so when they tried to charge my card, it didn't work. I wasn't sure what the problem was, so I started to call my bank French, but they said not to worry about it and gave me my food for free.
