"So we’re at the counter to order and the manager in red shirt says, “ go to the kiosk with an attitude. I looked at my son and said wow. So we go to kiosk for quicker service but even that takes forever so we became frustrated and cancelled so we get in line again and finally at the counter again and they decide to train a newby so I politely ask cashier if she can not train while I order and she was like pfft! I have to do what my manager says… we just turned around and walked away due to our time there of 25 minutes heading to work without food…"

"Did not give the drivers the whole order and the driver took the time to go back and get the whole order. Also we had to play the guessing game on 6 drinks. None of them were marked. I would rather my order take a few extra minutes getting to me then have it missing something or not know what was what. The food is good just some minor issues."

"My food appeared and tasted as though it had been sitting out for hours. The meat on the cheeseburger was cold and tough, and the entire sandwich was extremely dry. The fries were stale, hard, and also cold. To top it off, there was no straw for my slush drink. I'm deeply disappointed with both the quality and presentation of this meal."

"Got a couple hash browns about 05:00 in the morning at the McDonald's on hopper Ave next to Chevron gas station in Santa Rosa. And I'll say they were some of the best I had, Golden brown and the perfect chrisp at the perfect temperature. I didn't want to stop eating them, wish I had gotten 4 instead of 2. Go get yourself some in the early morning, I bet you'll like them to."
