"We'll where do I begin, I waited 10 minutes for the lady to come to the window for me to order, when she finally got my order she said 13mins I thought ok I still have time to eat and return to work, well after 40min she came up and gave the person that ordered after me there food, I asked if my food was ready and she ignored me and started to walk away, It was only after I stated that I had to be back at work and that I wanted a refund she said just a couple more minutes, I said I've been waiting for 45 minutes now so I would like a refund so she angrily slammed $13 cash back at me and shut the door in my face. If they can't keep up with business then they should switch to just a regular menu and not buffet to go, and if she wasn't so rude to the customer maybe you might not get bad reviews."
