"Been coming here for years. Sad to report that this place has gone downhill. Tried to order a bagel without cheese but the cashier did not enter it correctly. I noticed it after the fact and reported it after about 7 minutes. Waited an additional 17 minutes before I gave up. No biggie but I only get 30 minutes for lunch and had waited 24 minutes so I asked for a refund. Manager, Salvador then hears this and starts making excuses. Tells me it's my fault cause I did not order correctly. I acknowledge that an error was made. I am just not sure it was mine. As I felt I clearly said no cheese. I was more upset by the manager saying it was my fault. I was kind when I asked for my refund and in no way was rude it disrespectful to the cashier. I just needed to get back to work. Salvador then offered to still give me the food. But I said no. He then laughed and told me people are starving on the street And I should take it. But I don't think he understood that I did not want to continue to wait. As I needed to get back to work. Really disappointed in how I was treated. Local businesses need and deserve our support, but they also need to provide good service. You lost a long time customer today."

"Last week I went to the site ordered a pizza went to pick it up, it was wrong. I was told that the website was not hers. I ordered another pizza. Today I ordered a pizza white sauce Alfredo it was so full of garlic, it was unusable. I called and the cook said he didn't put garlic on it. Gradual dialogue decidedly unpleasant said to return with him and they would judge. The pizza is not cheap, but obviously the facility does not deal with the return. I won't order again. I love this place, but things have changed too sadly. You need to get back to the quality of recent years, now it's just hit or miss."

"Super low key and IMO the best pizza in NY. Crust is thin and perfectly cooked. Plenty of choices. Slices are big and they usually run a special 2 slices and a fountain drink for $6.95. Order at the counter and you can sit inside or outside. There are a few of these around the city and they are all good.Food: 5/5"

"We had a terrible experience. They didn't have 3 things that we ordered and they didn't inform us until we asked them about it after sitting there an hr. We ordered the $30 steak and garlic rice.... And the steak came out rare but we had requested med rare... We asked for it to be a little more cooked then 10mins later still no steak back so we gave them a benefit of a doubt that they were bringing us a brand new dish...15mins later it's back but the tiny 5 slices of steak is now BEYOND well done... We ordered the scallops sashimi with ikura.... It came 1hr 30mins later!!! Only because I saw it come out and given to the table that just got their seats after us?! When I inquired where's our order, the waitress said another 5mins. We were done by then, not due to satisfaction or enjoyment but finally starved beyond comprehension. 1.45hrs later we were fed up because we only had 4 tapas dishes... (uni egg, mushroom bruchetta, squid seafood stir fry over cooked steak on rice! We seriously had more drinks than food because we were waiting so long thinking that maybe if we ordered one more drink we can enjoy it with our food. Starved we asked for the bill... And to top things off they charged us twice for an item?! They weren't busy... 3 tables including ours so I have zero idea how they mange to keep their doors open."

"I came here for a private birthday party last week. I had a great time. The staff was very attentive and very fast moving. We even have the chance to meet the owner who has even entered to help with the delivery of drinks and food to the party. They had their own parking lot that made the parking lot very easy, and many street parking places! I have the pizzas and stuffed mushrooms both were pretty good. They did not have many food options that most wineries like businesses did not. The guacamole had no spices or spices. They didn't have many sweet options. I just saw Moscato. If they add more sweet options like Shiraz, I will definitely come back."
