"We used to come to Afternoon Delight literally every day before the pandemic it is one of our favorite restaurants in Ann Arbor! It has been a while since we last visited, so we decided to come back again today. We found the food to be delicious as always, top quality and the portions truly generous. The owner, Mrs Williams, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My wife really loves the Smoked Nova Salmon Eggs Benedict during the weekday it is served with english muffin, but on the weekend it is specially accompanied by their signature potato pancake. The addition of capers perfectly complements the creamy bearnaise sauce, making it refreshing and well balanced. As shown in our photographs, the poached eggs appear even with running yolks magnificent : . The Avocado Toast AD style is composed of whole wheat bread, light, moist and creamy. I normally order a large tossed salad, which includes one of Afternoon Delight's famous muffins, which in my opinion are the BEST in Ann Arbor! We will definitely go back again soon. Update 04/20/2022: We came back again today for the ginormous and marvelous Split Personality frozen yoghurt, which comes with a lot of fresh fruit and banana. We also ordered a delicious Albacore Tuna Sandwich with challah bread (which came with a side of our favorite potato salad and a signature muffin (this time, cherry flavored . Our server, Amanda, was friendly and attentive, and Mrs Williams made us feel welcome. Update 04/27/2022: Today we ordered the Rueben and the Atlantic Smoked Salmon sandwich (with croissant instead of pumpernickel bread , both of which were flavorful and scrumptious. I particularly appreciated that the Rueben was less greasy than other establishments. The combination of olives and capers in the salmon sandwich also worked perfectly together. Update 04/28/2022: We ordered the Mediterranean Omelette, which came with a peanut butter and chocolate muffin, and three eggs with four sausage links and hash brown, which came with challah toast. We loved the omelette, which was healthy and fluffy. The eggs were also cooked perfectly, with running yolks and the sausages were non greasy. Update 04/12/2022: The berry patch is very fruity, health and light, with frozen yoghurt, so a healthier option. Update 06/10/2022: We tried the Gazpacho, which is specially available for Summer it was delicious, light, healthy and refreshing! The Malibu club sandwich was enormous and the béarnaise sauce provided a good accompaniment."

Taco Bueno

"This is an evaluation of the quality of several menu items in two Fort Wort TX Fast Food Chains near me, Taco Bell and Taco Bueno. I wasn't paid for it, I wanted to see if the same thing happened with the quality and quantity of these two chain restaurants is similar to what I found when I made the same thing 10 years ago in the same area Arby 's near my house. What I did was 3 tacos and 2 beef and beans Burritos from any business and both times I ordered was early before lunch and just before the evening rush hour at 4:30. I have to keep this short, as I think there will be a limit for signs for comments from each chain so that I will be short and to the point. TACOS: I started with Taco Bueno when I visited this business for the last time around 2015, because I reacted badly from the administration about my complaints of cold food and lack of beef in my tacos. The tacos this time had beef and it seemed to be okay with the amount of salad, some cheese and topping tomatoes. The crispy tacos stood the ingredients and the beef was not salty and seemed to have a good texture, not watery. Taco Bell had a similar amount of beef, less salad and a very small spread of cheese. The bowls were wet from the texture, as the beef was more watery and very salty. Little salad and cheese and no tomatoes. The last taco I ate was so wet, she had glued the tortilla to the paper envelope and broke apart when I took it. Taco Bueno took the price for best tacos between the two, but for the price I won't go back again, as the last time, as the next rating on the Burritos has Taco Bueno last and sorry in quantity and quality. BURRITOS: Taco Bueno has almost no beef and more beans in Super Burrito. There was no cheese to see how I opened the second to check could not find a piece of cheese. The small amount of beef gives this one thumb for MIA beef and cheese. Taco Bell had similar results, but I could see 2 pieces of cheese on the outside of the tortilla and was glued on the paper, edible. I saw on the second Burrito there were pieces of raw onion, not known if it should be cooked, but there was some taste to the Burrito along with some crispy, some people don't like it. The lack of cheese was the same, and I give it a thumb for no cheese and the amount of beef was different than the first one that had more beef. Thus the amount of ingredients was ordered incompatible between similar Burrito at the same time. I have written off both these stores and chains as I have better choices and healthier ingredients myself and more than half the cost. Besides, I'm used to seeing Burritos with acid cream, what happened to it? I hope you find that useful. Along with an ingredient menu, it would be nice to see if both would begin to assure customers a guaranteed amount of each ingredient that is confirmed by the food processor with electronic scales to insure the correct quantities"
