"The ribs were incredible! I was craving beef brisket like they make in Texas, so I decided to give this restaurant a try since it was close to my hotel. What a hidden gem! The brisket was tasty, but the real standout were the ribs - they were so moist and tender that the meat practically fell off the bone. The sides of potato salad and baked beans were surprisingly delicious, even though I usually don't care for them at other places. The portions were huge, which is a good thing in my book. And don't miss out on their blackberry cobbler - I was so full that I had to take half of my meal home, but the cobbler made for a delicious breakfast the next morning.
