"My fiancé I ordered worth $50 of food on our way back from visiting his parents, once we arrived home we came to see we had the entirely wrong order. Not 1 single thing was correct, we must’ve gotten somebody’s else’s! Which isn’t even the worst part! We called back the moment we realized to the mistake to be met with an incompetent person on the other end who put us on hold 2 times for at least 3 minutes at a time. Us being the people we are we decided they must be busy! Until who ever was answering calls came back on to say “we’re sorry we’re gonna have to call you back.” Which to we tried to explain what was happening were responded with “we’re busy.” My fiancé and I are shocked as we have been ordering from this place for awhile have never experienced this they’ve usually been amazing! Just wanted to share our experience! Ended up having to dispute our charge, unfortunate, but cannot justify paying $50 for something we did not order."
