"Our second visit here and tried the Sushi this time. It was very good! We will definitely be back, but it will be hard to decide what to order; Italian or Sushi!! We like the atmosphere of the restaurant also, nice mellow music in the background and we understand there will be entertainment some evenings! Also, valet parking Friday and Saturday nights really helps at this busy area of Lakewood."

"I already wrote this review once, and for some reason it wouldn’t let me finish with my private note because it didn’t like my nickname, but it didn’t say so. Doing a review for another restaurant I realized that was why it wouldn’t go. Anyway, we’ve been to fire and ice many times And never been disappointed but this time which was a special birthday celebration for two of the four of us, they seated us at a great table, round, and in front of the fireplace. I thought, “ this is perfect” quotation marks. And it was for a short time. then one of the staff, proceeded to spend quite a bit of time at a computer to our left, and making comments on our conversation. Totally inappropriate. One at our table, was reluctant to even speak, as she had some private things she wanted to discuss. The food was pretty good. Except the fish in the tacos was a little dry. The free desserts were delicious and much appreciated. And our waitress was wonderful."

"Chicken Parmesan is my go-to food. We live out of town, but have eaten there maybe 10 times. Very fast service, like about 6 minutes for C.P. My only complaint is when I ordered milk, I got this little maybe 6-8oz glass for $3.25. Many of their deserts are wonderful. BTW, with C.P, by taking home leftovers, we get three more meals out of it. Would be nice to see more clothes on the workers. Sex sells."

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We have expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"Calamari was over fried like a previous review said. Luckily we were able to remove it off our tab. Santa Margarita pizza was a bit salty from the cheese. I walked around with my toddler and asked a server if every table received bread. Then manager gave our table it during second course. Waters were empty most of the time. Tons of take out orders. Husband said he would come back for pastas."

"The people are very nice but I would not come back I'm afraid.. I don't think they are really having quality control on the food coming out of the kitchen. The place was not busy and so maybe the quality of ingredients are not the best. The salad could feed 5 people.. Caesar you can't really take home. There is usually a bread service to go with Italian. That was missed. Then finally the dishes were so cold my wife's food felt like it was take from the fridge it was so cold. I had the beef short rib and it was just warm. The pasta was ice cold and watery and the sauce was room temperature and jelly like. The chicken was the only hot thing but it was burnt. My mashed potato's were so cold like they were taken from the fridge reheated and then sat for a while. Plus large pieces of potato and another tell tale sign was watery and not creamy. My short rib was also cold and when I had them take it back I waited forever. The sauce was split and not fresh either.. When it finally came back it still wasn't hot but room temp. The waitress was awesome and people like I said were nice but the food quality I give it a one star and the service brings it up to two stars. Sad to see but in Mandeville it's hard to have a great restaurant because there just isn't enough people dining out. So I hope they can make changes for the better and make food better.."

"For 33.00 per person plus 16.00 per person for the “Build your own **** Mary station” it was not worth it. The Easter menu was listed and did NOT have the omelet to order station. The desserts were some frozen and sub par at best, without the chocolate fountain advertised. There were to be three offerings at the carving station only beef was served in an extremely small portion. There was no lamb carving station and the ham was in a chafing dish. It was an decent meal but by no means a buffet to remember. The staff was courteous and diligent and the surroundings pleasant with an acceptable noise level. The **** Mary bar consisted of olives, celery, small cheese cubes and pepperoni and a bacon garnish. If you wet looking for the basics it had it but 16.99 for that was a little much! All in all the company was great, the meal filling and the service and atmosphere was good. The price would have been more acceptable if the advertised options were available and the **** Mary station a bit more plentiful with options. Also it was my brother in laws birthday and I had sent special instructions on open table as well as a phone confirmation with the restaurant staff that were completely over looked and there was no way with him at the table I could have alerted the staff without him knowing."

"we loved the place and would go back. 2 caves 1 they automatically add a 20% tip, but it is not listed on the menu and they are told after the fact when they bring the menu. I mentioned it to the manager and she was happy to remove it. as far as I am concerned, the offer was sufficient and I had the tip. 2. we ordered 2 chiantis through the glass. the bartender was gone from the bar, so our waitress poured 1 and 1/2 glasses montepulciano and filled the 1/2 glass with a rosso. I doubled the bottles with the bartender (kudos was brilliant while waiting at the bar for the rest of my group. the total service was slow. would there be another chance!"

"We had dinner here last night and it was the best Italian meal that I have ever had, outside of Italy. Since going gluten free, I don't usually order pasta because it is not that great but when our wonderful waiter Brian mentioned homemade butternut squash ravioli, I had to try it. "There were and a chicken parm Sub and a piece of granny and some garlic knots (to share all). The sauce was perfect. The crust was on the spot. Only crispy enough with every flop! The chicken was juicy and the bread was roasted so my sandwich wasn't soggy. The customer service and the ladies at the switch were friendly and patient while we were able to find out our order forever. Favorite place in town! Also go back to the benefits of lunch special!"
