"Food, as always, was excellent. Portions are generous. Only two issues...(1) there were only two servers working that night and the place was packed. They did their best, but service was slow. (2) No air conditioning, so as the place filled up and the kitchen ramped up, so did the heat. But, the food is so good, I won't let those two minor issues stop me from enjoying Broginos again."

"Our server, Chessy, was fantastic and ensured that we had everything we needed. I ordered the veal special, which was just okay. I probably wouldn't order it again. Some of the pieces were tough and I wasn't a fan of the artichokes. However, my guests were pleased with their meals. Despite the noise, we had a pleasant dining experience."

"It was a very busy Saturday night the wait staff was nice enough, but you could tell everyone was new they really need to get their act together. We had to ask about my husband's entree after the other 3 of us had been served. Tables in the back are too close together big party of 8, then two tables of four right on top of each other. The ladies bathroom was disgusting one toilet hadn't been flushed, the other one was clogged and there was no toilet paper in one of the stalls. The whole situation has plenty of room for improvement!"

"The restaurant has two sides. We were initially seated on one side where the air conditioning was sub-par. It was even too hot for my wife and she doesn't like it cold. We asked if the other side was cooler and they immediately moved us over. The place was not even half full; why not sit us there in the first place? The food was average on all counts: portion size, flavor, quantity, etc. If someone suggested meeting there I would go back, but I wouldn't choose to do so on my own. There are plenty of better BYOBs in the area."

"We went to dinner early for Mother's Day tonight and the food was excellent. The staff were extremely welcoming. There were 11 of us in our party, including 5 children. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and our party was accommodated perfectly. We made a reservation as soon as they opened. Greg and Xavier were attentive throughout the meal, especially with the children. We love dining at Giovanni not only for the delicious food, but also for the exceptional service."
