"We are regularly at Metairie-Saltgrasss for the last few years and have consistently a very good experience that made it our choice of steakhouse in the city. The staff is always very nice, they always make us welcome, but yesterday's experience was not good. We ordered and received a fillet with lots of fat in it for the first time ever. We have the problem with our waitress and then the manager and they were also surprised to see that much fat in a fillet, we were told that it could have been a mix with Sirloin. It felt nice that the manager offered a free dessert to make for the mistake, but when we slept over the experience, we really felt as if we ended up paying for one of the most expensive steaks, but ended with a lower quality. We hope that management will take the necessary steps seriously to avoid such a problem with other customers, because we decided to take a break after this experience."
