"Everytime I have come, the food has been AMAZING. The prices are great too. Portion sizes are great if you are sitting down to eat. I've ordered online and over the phone and my food has always been ready by the time I got there and the food is still warm. The customer service is great also. Very friendly staff. Hands down the BEST place for me to get teriyaki. I've visited three times in one week once. I usually get the teriyaki sushi bento. And I'm sorry, but for those of you complaining about English.. how about going to a food place that specializes in just American food then? Don't go eating at other cultural restaurants. I've come and they've always been pretty good at communicating with me lol. Never pushy. And if they do misunderstand, they try their best to."

"I was recently treated by a surprise birthday party at Josephine’s Downtown. The service was impeccable, no one waited for cocktails or dinners. The food presentation was spectacular, everything delicious and gaining many compliments from our guests. My favorite, the crab cakes were absolutely perfect. Some people got the rack of lamb and I was told that it was delicious and presented as beautiful standing racks. The decor is so glamorous, black and white photos of Hollywood stars mixed with gold fixtures. Josephine’s is gaining on being the best restaurant in Lancaster."

"we have booked our reservation via open table. when we arrived, the manager said we had no reservation and asked when we called. I told him I used open tables. he then said, “Oh, this is the problem!” “Open table reservations do not go to our system. do not use open table in the future, call me and I will put it in.” our waitress was friendly but very slow to be and refill drinks. we had dinner and they didn't even make the tellers clear before our escapes came. they literally tried to put our deer on our used appetizers. it was ridiculous! we had to ask three times if the dishes were cleaned. all but two of our escapes came out and we sat and waited 15 minutes until the last two came out. at this point all the others were cold from waiting for the last two. overall it was a great disappointment. I would not recommend this place at all."

"Sooo.. I didn't think to post a picture until I was almost finished with the meal. But, this place was recommended by a friend. I ordered basil fried rice special and Thai tea during the lunch hours. They were both very delicious and had a refreshing taste! (Though I can't speak for the authenticity as I've never been to Thailand) the food here was one of the most delicious Thai meals I've had in the Hampton roads area!"

"PF Chang is clearly not using OpenTable correctly. We made a reservation for 6:45, an open spot according to OpenTable. When we arrived, we were early, 6:40. We checked in and the host said it would be ready closer to 6:45, but they had checked us in. We returned at 6:45 and a second host told us they were preparing the table. At 6:47 or so, the general manager came out and told us that we would have to wait for 30 minutes or so to be seated. As a result, we left."

"service needs a overhaul of bartenders to server, along with hostess. fairly deorganized and they go into a late 90s environment that looks like it needs good deep cleansing and updating. they save themselves from being able to. "I grew up eating Asian cuisine and enjoy the options offered at PF Chang’s. The Chilean Sea Bass is delicious, similar quality to the best Chinese seafood restaurants. The only difference? I can get an entire fish at a Chinese restaurant and just a small portion at PFC. I wish PFC portions were bigger. The noodle dishes should be way bigger or perhaps come in a choice of sizes (individual vs family style)."

"I was surprised by the huge portions of food. An order of General Tsos fed me, my fiancée and our child, and still had remains. They were very busy at the time and threw in some free almond cookies that were nice. Food was excellent. Great place. Will definitely be back several times."
