"Overall: The food and atmosphere here is absolutely wonderful. I ordered takeout but waited inside until it was ready. The staff were so very friendly and it was very welcoming. The food was exceptional- solid portions, really tasty and well-spice, and lots of extras that enhance the overall experience. It’s off the beaten path in Teele Sq. but would make a nice dinner spot for anyone in Cambridge or Somerville. Definitely a restaurant worth supporting."

"Beautiful hidden gem near Pike Place Market. The food was excellent and perfectly cooked, and the price was amazingly low compared to nearby restaurants. We ordered Momos, Curry and Naan. The Momos we are fresh and tasty, the curry was tasteful, Amd the Naan was fresh from the Tandoory. Just warn is for a lower spice level than you are used. We like spicy food, but even spice level 3 was something too spicy. If we're ever back in Seattle, we'll definitely be back for more delicious food."

"My wife and I are on an Indian buffet. This place said they had a lunch buffet, but when we left, they didn't. Idk, if they don't do it on Saturday or if they don't have it because of COVID, but we decided to eat there anyway. The dishes were somehow expensive, how much food was given, but good Lord was the food good. It was the best food I ever had in an Indian restaurant. If they bring back the buffet, I will definitely be back. Even if they don't come back once and for a while, but it was still really good food! Service was also good!"

"I was so impressed with this restaurant! The food was delicious, some of the best I had in any restaurant anywhere. The chicken was juicy and tender, with exactly the right amount of spice for me. The vegetables were simply cooked enough to bring out their taste while still solid. The rice was subtlely fragrant and fluffy. The service was also great, there were three different people to check to make sure that I had everything I wanted and that everything tasted good. I loved the ambience created by the colorful furnishings and modern Indian music. I'm so glad I decided to eat here while I visited the area. I will be sure to recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Wilmington, and I will definitely be back."

"Just come here if you? I (I am latino) and my partner, who is white, came and sat in this restaurant. Both are equally happy to order and try Indian Food. I never had it before, so I decided to leave myself? We sat and ordered drinks immediately and then for 30 minutes, I saw an absolutely ridiculous show. The two waiters who helped the other two pairs completely ignored us. Both of our drinks were basically gone, and the complementary water was already gone. You sat on the edge so that you can notice us? re ready to order, and we understand some places are understated and we were patient, another 15 minutes by and now we? She sat for 45 minutes, and he finally asked us? Will you order dinner tonight? It was nice to see they were very ready and flexible to the other white people. 10/10 would recommend if white skinned or identified as white."

"Came by at 3:30 pm on Saturday and they were closed. Nothing bugs me more than a restaurant or store that is closed when the open hours listed on Google and on the front of the store says it should be open. I will never try this place again, they wasted my time and gas.Service: 1/5"

"The food was very good, I got the spicy curry chicken and my husband got butter chicken. We also ordered plain naan bread and the bullet naan, both came out fresh but I will warn you the bullet is VERY spicy. I will most definitely want to go back. They do add gratuity so look at your bill."

"This go round we ordered Rogan Josh. Chicken Tikka (appetizer style, no sauce), shrimp vindaloo and garlic Naan. What was excellent? The Chicken Tikka Appetizer was tasty. Not dry at all. Quite well spiced. Good was the Rohan Josh. Nice and thick flavorful sauce. We asked for some kick but this was mild and a bit sweet. The meat was mostly quite good. Lean cuts. Not great was the Shrimp Vindaloo. Sauce was sweet, a bit too much so. The shrimps tasted as if they just put some pre-cooked cocktail shrimp in this sauce. Garlic Naan. It was not even warm. Seriously.... My ten year old daughter will be making this with me soon."

"One of my most favorite places to go to and get snacks and sweets from on Devon. I have been RAISED on King Sweet's aloo samosa and sweets by my Pakistani parents for as long as I could remember and I am now 23!! We would have these for Ramadan and Eid every year. I cannot get sweets or aloo samosa anywhere else, they set the bar! I tried their Halwa Puri recently and it was very yummy as well. With so many longtime businesses closing on Devon it warms my heart to see them there still, I hope they thrive so I can have my future children can enjoy it too. : Leaving a photo of my father and little 5 6 year old me preparing to give some sweets from King Sweets to my relatives for Eid from the early 2000's!! (I believe the owner at the time even gave us extra packaging free of charge back then!!"

"Mehfil Indian Cuisine has exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable service. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes, each one bursting with flavor. I couldn't resist starting with their samosas, which were perfectly crisp and filled with aromatic spices. For the main course, the chicken tikka masala was a standout, with tender pieces of chicken in a rich, creamy tomato sauce. The naan bread was also a highlight – soft, fluffy, and great for sopping up every last bit of sauce. What truly set Mehfil apart was the attention to detail and the commitment to authenticity. It felt like I was transported to India with every bite. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to help, making sure we had the best dining experience possible.Whether you're a longtime lover of Indian cuisine or a newcomer looking to explore new flavors, I highly recommend Mehfil Indian Cuisine in Murphy. It's a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it can get. I can't wait to return and try more of their delectable dishes!"
