"We were initially seated at an outdoor table, but after a few minutes, we were asked to move because the table we had chosen was reserved for a regular customer. After that, we waited about 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Eventually, we flagged down the manager to express our concerns. He handled the situation well, trying to mend our dissatisfaction by assigning us a more energetic server. Our meals eventually arrived, and as a gesture of goodwill, the manager comped our wine.
On the positive side, the bar and wine cellar selection is fantastic, and the bar staff were attentive and prompt while we waited for our table. If you do find yourself waiting, I highly recommend the warm avocado fundido; it’s excellent. However, despite these positives, our first impression was damaged. It appears that the management prioritizes regular patrons, which is understandable, but unless you are a local or frequently visit, you may find the service lacking."
