"I’m so disappointed in this spot. I’m usually a regular customer who comes in here daily. I love to get food from here but a few days ago I ordered online around 12-12:30 am and my burger was completely raw. It was not even edible at all. It was very disgusting and red it had a foul Odor that’s How I determined it was completely raw. I’m a regular customer who rated this place 5 stars but now I would never come here again"

"Update 2/14/22- While I was extremely frustrated with my burnt pizza, Management team reached out to me and was very helpful and wanted to make it right. They gave me a full refund even though I only had one pizza that was really burnt. Great customer service. 2/13/22- Mmmm.. I love burnt pizza especially on Super Bowl Sunday with all my friends. $60 for 2 pizzas that are burnt. How do you look at this and think its expectable to leave the store"

"I was disappointed to find that my onion rings were overcooked and missing half of the portion. The sandwich was also mediocre. Despite ordering from this restaurant multiple times, this was the first time I was not satisfied with my meal. I am considering throwing away the remaining onion rings and only keeping the half that is edible."
