"The main reason I stopped coming here is the service. It used to be efficient, with employees quickly taking orders and the cashier ringing customers up once their sandwiches were ready. Now, the owners handle both tasks, slowing down the service. People have limited time for lunch, and I don't want to waste time waiting in line while someone takes forever to decide on their order. I have tried calling in orders, but the phone service is poor and orders are not always ready on time for pick-up.
I have taken my business elsewhere, which is unfortunate. Hopefully, someone will take note of this review and make the necessary improvements to better serve their customers."
