"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and I will not be returning. The prices were high at $25 per person and my meal looked more like a side dish. The packaging was poor and both meals looked sloppy. My lobster ravioli even had a shell shard in it. The steak, although seasoned well, had 30% fat and was mostly wasted. The chicken jalapeño ravioli had meat cuts that resembled scraps. The service was slow and the wait time was delayed. My order was ready at 4:30 but I didn't receive it until 4:40. Overall, it was clear that little care was put into the experience. I will not be dining here again."

"When we arrived at 1:00 p.m. for lunch place was pretty empty. We were told that there was a 5-minute wait but yet there was a ton of clean empty tables. We receded at one of these clean Empty Tables so I don't know why we had to wait. After we were seated we waited at least 10 minutes for our waitress to come over to get our drink orders. We were interested in there promoted peach Bellini and when we ordered it they told us that their machine was broke. So we just ordered a water and a tea. After we got our drinks yet again we waited a very long time to get our order taken. While we were waiting the table next to us got their drink order and the waitress didn't know which one was coke or Dr Pepper . So she proceeded to put the cups up to her nose to smell them to figure out which was which . That's highly disgusting . When our salads arrived my Caesar salad was good but my girlfriend's house salad was full of wilted brownish lettuce. We yet again waited an extended amount of time to get our main course, now mind you the restaurant is not busy at all. When our main course arrived my girlfriend's meal was correct. I ordered the spicy shrimp and chicken pasta with no mushrooms. Of course when my food showed up it was covered in mushrooms. So I had to pick all the mushrooms out, good thing I'm not allergic to them. Then for dessert we decided that we would try their tiramisu. Take a guess, that's right they were out of tiramisu at 1:00 p.m. So needless to say we will not be going back for overpriced food and poor service."

"We decided to try out the 29 cent wing special on Thursdays and opted to sit in the bar area. It was our first time at this restaurant and we were impressed by the beautiful wooden interior and the friendly staff. As soon as we sat down, we were served freshly baked bread with olive oil and herbs. I ordered the bone-in teriyaki wings for 50 cents each, while my roommate enjoyed the nachos which had thick and crispy chips. To wash it all down, we also indulged in $5 drinks including a peach bellini and a strawberry margarita. Overall, it was a delicious and enjoyable dining experience."

"The previous negative experience stemmed from being seated in the middle of the room by a less-than-friendly hostess. When I requested a more private booth, she declined and insisted we sit in the chairs she had initially offered. This kind of treatment towards customers is unacceptable. It is important for businesses to appreciate and value their customers, as they are the ones who support and keep the business running. Overall, the service during our second visit was great."

"Friday night (1/22) around 7pm was definitely a busy night for Johnny Carrino’s! We had a bit of a wait, but the food and service were definitely worth it! The host (I wish I had his name for this review) was very charming, and my family was full of smiles and laughter while we waited for a table!! Our server was very prompt, friendly, and she did a great job as well. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals- especially the cheesecake we shared! From start to finish, the experience here was fantastic! We will definitely be back!"

"Love this place!! The staff and the GM Manager are super friendly people with great settings!! You have specialties on drinks every day of the week!! It is a cool place to watch sports on big screen TVs while you enjoy eating delicious food appetizers with friends or family. I recommend you swing every day of the week if you don't already!! My favorite day to go are Thursday's bcuz the bone-in chicken wings are only 39 cents for simple 44 cents for seasoned and 64 cents for each wing with any kind of sauce on them. "The lobby was clean like the toilets. The host was friendly and friendly! You wanted to know that there was an 11-person table on the way. The costs were reasonable and the food was hot. I had salad and soup combo the potato soup and Caesar salad was definitely delicious it hit the spot.... It is in a pretty good position and I will return when in need of hunger. Thanks team jazz for patience as our family of 11 ordered from the menu and took our time before the decision and for which the children get plate first.. the bread and olive oil so TASTY!!! The appetizer of fire sticks and cheese sticks went well! All the others complicated the food choices they made! I spoke to the manager after the meal and shared positive comments about our server. "In October we visited Johnny Carinos in Columbus Indiana, our experience was not the worst, but certainly not the best. The disappointment was that we had heard such great things and tried it for the first time. The owner asks us to try Johnny Carinos in Muncie Indiana. We gave him an attempt that my grandson has never been there and loved him. They certainly dissolved in our taste buds. Payton and Derick made us very attentive, and Derick was training and she was very impressive 4 days in work. My husband has the Lasagne grandson with pizza, cheese sticks, salad and spaghetti. I tried the Jalapeno tilapia with angel hair pasta. Servings were large enough to bring home and have munchies and as well as warmed. I'm so glad we'll try again! We'll be back."

"They have good deals in the bar area and half price family meals on Monday. Sadly the food is lacking and the building is in desperate need of repair. The nachos are good from the appetizer menu. The pecan crusted chicken salad is good when theyactually remember to include all of the ingredients. The bowtie festival is the only pasta choice I?ve found to be halfwaydecent. At one point they had a steak special which led me to try that (which I normally would have never done at an Italianplace) and when they actually remembered the seasoned butter, that went on top, it was surprisingly delicious. I have triedalmost everything on the menu and this is all I have found that I like. It?s kinda surprising considering I?m not that picky andthey have a large menu. Oh and the tiramisu is delicious. I found the quality of most dishes comparable to Fazoli?s. However,the price reflects a high end restaurant, which it is far from."

"We love this Johnny Carino's. I just made my reservation for Thanksgiving Day and this will be our third Thanksgiving visit and meal here. Not only on Thanksgiving Day, but the food is always great and the staff are always kind and attentive. Theatmosphere is warm and friendly, and the cuisine excellent. We have always been well taken care of, even when they may haveappeared to be short on help. It's a very good restaurant."
