"I really wanted to love this place! A little hole in the wall diner with great service. It started out impressive with friendly staff. We ordered garlic knots for appetizer which were phenomenal. While waiting on our food I noticed several other customers coming in after us and getting food quickly. We however, waited forever. When we received our meals my fries were so overcooked and hard I couldn’t even eat them. Besides that our meal was delicious! We decided to order a slice of pie to share. It was small and just ok. This is when it took a dive into the never again will I eat here decision! Got our bill and we were charged $14.99 for that slice of pie!! That cost more than our meal! I could’ve got a premium desert somewhere else and had change left over. I’m still angry about it. I have never paid that much for a desert at any restaurant ever! I wanted to love this place, but after a long wait and excessive charges never again !!"

"I had never been here before, but we wanted a quick bite before our show Friday night. We stopped in and ordered a giant slice of The Works pizza. It took a while for it to come out, but we realized it was because they make it FRESH!!! It was so good and full of flavor. That slice was made just for us and I loved it!! It's BYOB, which makes it a great place to hang out with friends before or after an event."

"Atmosphere was good, felt like a good place to be.The service was good.We had half catupiry chicken and half portuguesa. The ratio of chicken to catupiry was messed up. Too much chicken you can’t even taste the cheese. Also, the chicken is dry because it’s shredded too thin. And lastly, why corn on the cheese? The Portuguesa topping was ok, but why sweet peas? It felt like they just add toppings for no reason.Now, the most important, the dough and sauce. We ordered the thin crust, and the whole pizza but the border was soggy, and the sauce? It tasted like canned sauce.Lastly, it is extremely overpriced, that large pizza should never be more than $30 bucks. We ordered one large pizza, one chicken salad, one side of coxinha, and four drinks. It was $100 dollars."

"On Saturday night, I placed an online food order and paid with my debit card on the website. However, when the driver arrived to deliver the food, he insisted I owed him the full amount. I ended up paying him $30 in cash to cover the $24.52 charged to my card along with a tip. I noticed that some of the food was missing and when I brought it up, the driver showed me the receipt and claimed it wasn't part of the order. I checked my online order and found that the missing item, pasta, was indeed included in the charge. After calling the restaurant, the driver returned with the missing pasta. Upon further inspection, I realized that I received chocolate cake instead of the tiramisu I ordered. When I tried to contact the restaurant again, no one answered. The driver, who seemed unaware of the issue, insisted that he only delivers what he is given. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, I have been unable to reach a manager for a refund for the overcharge. I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant and the shady practices I encountered. I have tried contacting them multiple times without success and would never order from them again. I advise caution if you choose to order from here."

"I've been eating Rosati's pizza for over 40 years and this is the first time I've been disappointed in the quality of the food. This is the first time I've ordered from this particular location and I've recently ordered from several other locations thatwere excellent, per usual. The ingredients were scarce. I ordered an 18 in with pepperoni and sausage and over half the piecesdid not have even part of the sausage on the slice. I love cheese so I always order extra and with most Rosita's pizzas thismeans I get a lot of cheese. I'm pretty sure this wasn't even as much cheese as a regular order from other locations. Whatreally sent me over the edge and caused me to leave this review was the absurdly small piece of tiramisu. You can see from thephoto I posted that it's maybe four bites and that's with the fork they supplied. Hardly worth $7 even though it's great becausethey can't cheap out on ingredients for this menu item. Thankfully there are enough locations nearby that have always beengreat. I will definitely wait a while to try this location again."

"This was my first time there, Im new to the neighborhood and was sent by a friend... Everyone was so cheerful and welcoming... There's seating outside so my granddaughters and I sat there to wait for our order.. A gentleman from the kitchen came out to talk to us.. He told us a little about himself and had great words of encouragement for my granddaughters in regard to learning new things...
