"I am so disappointed with the service here. Visiting a friend who frequents this deli with her husband and decided to order for dinner. The sandwiches came and her husband's was smothered in ranch which he is allergic to. Mistakes happen fine she calls back to let them know of their error, hoping they would rectify it quickly and was first told that she would be called back which was strange but then they said they would send a replacement sandwich in exchange for the messed up one. It's been 30 minutes and the deli is less than a mile away and no sandwich. The first order came within 15 minutes of us ordering. Now that I see some of the reviews it seems they have an accountability issue when they mess up and take it out on the customer. Smh"

"this place is an overpaid staff away from being fantastic. we waited for a bed for a table without confirmation from the staff, the server delivered a good service, but lacked the friendly demeanor that makes for a good experience to eat. the food was excellent, although brot and salate came out 15 minutes after the order and no refills were offered until the meal was over. I understand that this is difficult for employees now, so I give 5 stars to be understated for the effort they have produced."

"If I could put ZERO stars I would. I have been ordering here since they opened! Tonight will be my last. Place a simple order (tenders and a sandwich 2 hours ago. I know it can get busy so I waited patiently. After a hour and a half I called the restaurant wondering where my order was and was told it’s on the way. I then spoke with them again and they placed the driver on the phone (he was at the restaurant he told me he tried to deliver my food and spoke with someone that told him to go to a different address. When he read back my phone number he called the wrong number (typed it in incorrectly okay. Things happen right? He told me he was gunna come deliver my food and I still agreed to wait. (It’s late now and nothing is open and I worked all day and haven’t eaten yet. I then speak with the manager and she told me she’s not having the driver deliver the food and is going to refund me the order…. I was shocked that she rather lose a customer than just send the driver with the food that’s supposedly already made to me? I told her I have been waiting now 2 hours and a just canceling my order is suppose to be chill.. if she was the one in my shoes I don’t think she would have been so careless. But she was. She said oh well and that we shouldn’t be ordering to them anyway that we might be too far away. Imagine?? MIND YOU IVE ORDERED FROM HERE DOZENS OF TIMES. LOL. Just can’t believe a business could be so careless and unprofessional with their regulars. I will not be ordering here again and I will be sure to tell others not to. BEWARE of rude careless unprofessional manager. Plenty of great places to eat in Worcester don’t take the chance."

"We were greeted by a friendly staff. We were seated quickly for a Friday night. Seating at the table was comfortable but the floor was slippery I’m not sure if it’s built up grease or a cleaning agent. The restaurant appeared to be clean. We were given cold pizza bread and regular rolls that were also cold. It could be really good if they would heat it before serving. The salads were small and very leafy I would have preferred iceberg since the salad was filled with leaves. They were also out of sweet sour dressing. We ordered traditional pasta with meat sauce and the Lasagna Classico. They charged an additional $2.50 for the meat sauce for the traditional pasta which barely existed. You can see in the photo the meat sauce may as well have been non existent. The flavor was decent and cooked Al dente I would ask them to cook the pasta longer if I return. The Lasagna was good and plenty of cheese. Our dining was definitely not worth the $40 that we paid for the evening. Still looking for that amazing local Italian restaurant!"

I finally had the chance to try it with the family for the first time this past Thursday and it was Awesome!Service was absolutely incredible and the meals are delicious, which isn't a word I don't use very often. "the most impressive children's menu I've ever seen! the first time I have my children ever let me order from a children's menu (in the rule they are terrible.) to learn children about healthy eating early is so important. my children have enjoyed making their individual teller with their healthy and tasty options. with the plate icon has also attracted her interest, because they experience it in school. the adult menu was also impressive and our eating was delicious!"

"I really enjoy eating in Pita Jungle. The service is usually excellent. Lived nights like Friday and Saturday can be slow service. The food is delicious. I shared the nachos, the chicken tikka masala and the carrot cake with my husband. All were excellent. The house Cabernet sauvignin by Pita Jungle was good, especially for the reasonable price. "Pita Jungle never disappoints! The service was friendly and prompt, there was no wait for our table (party of 2) and the wait staff was attentive. We ordered the jalapeno cilantro hummus, wood fired pizzas (grilled chicken chipotle) and the Mediterranean Chicken Salad.The salad portions have remained unchanged from my very first visit to a Pita Jungle over 10 years ago....massive. Granted the price has gone up but we both think it 's still a phenomenal value given the taste and portion size. I still feel like every bite has a new and exciting flavor given the slate of ingredients.I try to provide some type of detailed information about the food but it was just delicious. The hummus was spot on and fresh, its topped with a tomato salsa that tasted as if it was made fresh with the hour!Our pizza was great. Crispy but not burned, packed with chicken and flavor...delicious.Everything we ordered we have had before and this trip did not disappoint."

"I ordered the extra big holiday pizza. What was delivered was not the holiday pizza. It had black olives. The crust was perfect, but I don't like olives on my pizza. Really disappointed. If they don't have the right ingredients to make what they advertise, then they should get back to the customer to let them know."

"Brought someone there yesterday 8/6/24 from out of town and we had a 10+ experience. Roast beef was good. Husband gad ribs. Friend had roast beef. I had shrimp stir fry. All meals were fabulous. Waitress was really friendly, nice, chipper and offered beverages. Asked us if we needed anything and stopped by several times. Pepper soup was delicious. Servie excellent. Food fantastic. "I am only speaking for to-go orders with this review. We have religiously placed orders from this Pita Jungle for years, and I am not quite sure what the problem is recently, but the food quality hasbeen terrible. Food hasn't been seasoned well, dry chicken, not following orders, etc. Maybe new management? IDK what is going on, but we've been sad and just can't order from here anymore. Please fix these simple quality control issues. We love PJ!"

"I had the macro plate with a side of hummus and it was amazing! you get the money when you order it. perfect amount of food and very healthy by low/none oil in the cooking process. the plate comes with bon, tofu, brown rice and a mixture of steamed vegetables. also pita brot on the side.
