"West Flanders makes a good burger, especially since for $2 extra you can get grass fed beef. Service is good. The beer was OK, I settled for an IPA, I was disappointed they didn't have a stout when we ate there. It's a central location on the perl st mall. There is a 4 story parking garage in the block behind."
