"I used to be a regular diner who came out twice a week. Everyone who's been with the cook for a while knows that my face always greets me. 3 weekends ago I stopped for the Sirloin, I tipped $3 to the waitress as I always, but with 1 simple request; That the steak is a thin cut <. What I received instead was the thickest, crispy piece of meat she could find with fat on the inside. Worst meal until today. I didn't say anything when I saw what they served me because I didn't want to create a scene in the facility. Instead, I called and asked the waitress why I gave her a $3 tip? She offered to hand me over to her manager, but I refused to talk to her to not create the safe conflict that would follow. When the cook wears glasses/ came to the front recognized me, he quickly fell his head and went to the back without welcoming me as I stood there, stared in the take-out bags shook my head. He knew he was messed up. I have not been back since I decided to publish this review because people should know what can happen if you ask for something, the cook is not in a good mood that can be a lot of time from my experience. I even stood between them angry customers in the past (two times) (always server of the cook) because they were rude."
