"The food was terrific but our waiter Albert was definitely lacking in the customer service area. From the moment the 4 of us walked in he seemed to annoyed we were there and an inconvenience to him. He rolled his eyes when he was asked if we could keep our tickets separate(2 groups of 2 so 2 tickets) when asked about menu items he was rude and condescending(what comes on a platter). There were several other instances of him not being very customer service oriented. Had it not been for his rude and appathetic attitude this restraunt would have received 5 stars from me."

"I can't believe I'm saying this, but nyc has the worst vegan pizza I've ever had. this is the third place I tried and the cake was unusable. the crust was boiled at some places and burned in others and tasted obliquely sweet. the sose tasted like something from a dose. the cheese was disgusting and the presentation was a catastrophe. also pays almost $30 after the tip for what 4 sloppy disks. they should be ashamed to serve in nyc."
