"Bought a pie slice from Ballard Ala mode, they charged me for a whole pie and sent two slices only. When I called the store they were completely unconcerned, just brushed me off and told me to contact my delivery driver. (like they packed the pies I got) Buyer beware when shopping here, it's money first and last, customer service not at all."
