"D'Tutanelli's had purchased Granny D's pizza in Lorain, then they moved to Amherst. They had kept the pizza, etc mostly the way Granny D's made it. Which was fantastic. We were there recently, and found that someone else had purchased it. Although we were told that they were still using the same recipes, they definitely were not. The pizza doesn't taste anything like Granny D's. The last owners had changed it a little bit, but it's completely different now. If you go there because you're a fan of Granny D's, you're going to be very disappointed. I will say the service was great. Really improved. The two people we talked to working there, we're extremely friendly and attentive. I just wish the food hadn't changed. Probably won't go back very often, if at all.
