"I ordered a pizza and garlic knots for delivery from this restaurant. When the delivery boy arrived, he only gave me the pizza and left without giving me the garlic knots that I had also ordered. After calling to have the knots delivered, the delivery boy returned and tried to lie about informing me that he would be back. When confronted, he simply apologized and left without resolving the issue. The lack of communication and poor customer service made the experience disappointing."
