"We had a group of about 30 because we were in town for a baseball tournament. They were so courteous! The service and the food were both great. Gratuity was included and sometimes lacking service when this is the case, but not here, they were fantastic! The manager came by and talked to us and the children afterwards. I love to see management presence."

"My lunchmate just had a cheeseburger medium rare and she said it is the best burger she has ever had except for the ones she makes at home. I had a club sandwich would have preferred it on white bread not toasted guess I didn't check the menu close enough but it was okay. It did get a bit loud with a bunch of guys sitting up at the bar so it was hard to hear each other"

"reds is an excellent choice to eat during these challenging times. we were a group of 4 and booked for outdoor food. reds has made an excellent task, their customers feel safe and comfortable. that was my first culinary experience in a restaurant with friends since Co-vid. one of the reasons why I chose reds was because I knew that security was a top priority as they had introduced improved security measures. we all enjoyed our evening at reds because of the excellent menu as well as their friendly and professional employees. their outdoor terrace is tasteful with beautiful plant growers, separating restaurants. we look forward to our next culinary experience in reds midtown."

"I was there with my family for my birthday back at the end of December. Small place, very friendly staff. They had just reopened days before, it was very pleasant. The meal was very good. "During my vacation, I made a reservation at Ore House for 5pm on a Friday. The staff was great and the restaurant was very clean. I especially enjoyed the cowboy atmosphere. The drinks were strong and delicious. We ordered the French dip with asparagus and baked potato, as well as the 8 oz prime rib cooked medium rare. Both dishes were cooked perfectly and the flavor was amazing - probably the best prime rib I've ever had. Our waiter, Nate, was fantastic. To top off our meal, we had the Mud Pie for dessert, which was a total must-have."

"thai chicken salad blackened chicken burger charged cheeseburger mini sticky toffee pudding coffee water. the salate was surprisingly great. the mini dessert was the size of a 'normal' dessert, but the pots of ice could have been bigger. kelsey and cole were attentive and accommodating. it was a very nice experience for all of us because it was so wonderful, we will return."

"We love coming to the Golden Basket not only for the delicious food but also for the welcoming atmosphere. As truck drivers, we only return to Green Bay every few months and the last time we were here was in February. Today, Suella greeted us with coffee and made sure to have my husband's favorite French Vanilla creamer. The staff here always makes us feel at home, chatting with us and keeping us updated on local news. The Golden Basket stands out from other restaurants because they not only serve amazing food but also have a staff that truly cares about their customers. We always feel comfortable and relaxed here, making us want to return again and again."

"We came for a family birthday event. The beginning of the dinner experience would be described as moderately okay. It was a long wait initially to get a server, a few items ordered wasn’t brought to the table, and the birthday person’s meal was cold, but then the general manager came to the table and turned the experience around COMPLETELY at least that’s what we thought initially. He came back to the table several times to make sure everything was going well moving forward. The cold food was changed and the birthday person tasted it again and no good. However, when the server came back to give the bill to the table and after paying, we soon realized that we were CHARGED for a meal that we didn’t completely eat and ultimately that didn’t taste good. It was the birthday person’s dinner and the birthday person was never offered a substitution meal. No dinner and then for the rest of the night, the birthday person was the only one who suffered from tummy pains and after effects of bad food. We would never recommend this location to my close circle, and the birthday person was super disappointed in the overall service."

"Father’s Day is obviously very busy and you have take that into consideration. However, my husband was not offered any refills and we did have to wait quite some time for the bill. They had a kids menu which was appreciated, but the glassware did not have lids so keep that in mind if your children are really young. I still enjoyed the food which is why we chose that restaurant, but it did have some blips in the service."

"Understaffed on Mother’s Day with no server coming to the table after being seated for over 15 minutes. Server didn’t know how to uncork a bottle of wine, and after over 15 minutes of trying we had to offer to do it for them and opened it for them. Note to management: if your employees are going to stand in front of a table for 15 minutes in a pandemic because you haven’t trained them to open wine, at least have them wearing a mask while working."

"This was a special dinner to celebrate my 60th birthday. The service was outstanding. I believe our servers name was Jeanine or Jean (so sorry, I can't recall). She was wonderful; very knowledgeable of the menu, personable, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I had the lemon basil salmon and my husband had the short rib bolognese. Both meals were perfect; in both taste and portion size. I was commenting to our server this was the first meal I've had a in long time that was deliciously perfect. For dessert the sticky toffee pudding topped off the evening with a lovely happy birthday message written in chocolate on the plate. So good. Will definitely be going back."
