"I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The food here is quite good, especially since they don't use MSG like many other restaurants. Prices are fair and reasonable, even cheaper than many places in the neighborhood, despite inflation and the pandemic. The service when placing my order was excellent. They provide a generous portion of food—definitely more than a half portion, in my experience. The delivery was prompt and the food arrived hot. I've been here a few times, and I will definitely return."

"The food was very good; the main waiter was very kind but his 2 other waitresses made a few mistakes. The menu on OpenTable is different than what they gave us- price-wise and food-wise. Lastly, there was a very loud family behind us and it was so distracting. It seemed like an off night."

"I am so pleased with the owners and staff at Bay Ridge Pizza, my 8 year old granddaughter has Celliac Condition and I ordered Gluten Free Pizza yesterday for her and for my family. The owner Chris let me know what the ingredients were in the pizza to make sure it would be good for her.The pizza was incredible and she loved it, we tried many other places and this gluten free was exceptional. I always order from them but never gluten free, I’m so very happy with their restaurant and how exceptional and kind they are to their customers."

"After moving from bk to si two years ago, i was seriously missing bk style pizza and I swear this place has exactly that! I love their pizza because it has perfect crust that isn’t too thin too thick or too doughy or burnt. It also has perfect cheese to sauce ratio, not too much and not too little. I love their eggplant and olive toppings along with mixed pies of meats and veggies. I also love their calzones, pasta dishes and salads. In other words, literally every single thing i tried here has not disappointed me. The wait time is also not long for pickup and staff on the phone and in person are so friendly they really appreciate your business."

"This place is great..I can literally walk there they have the best vegan/gluten free pizza you will ever have in your life! If I had to drive hours to come here, I would. I have also recently tried the vegan/gluten free brownie it was so deceptive I would wager money that no one will be able to say that it is not milk or gluten. It was $6 for 1 brownie I thought was extremely high. If it were less, I would definitely get it much more often, but $12 for two is too high for me. At this point, I can make a batch myself... still in a pinch.. overtakes delicious. Come here if you're 1. Love good food, 2. Have food restrictions 3. Want to have the best pizza of your life. (Your BBQ sauce is to die for) They also have many not vegan / gluten free products as well as what they offer is incredible!!! You have to try, you won't be disappointed."

"We've been customers for 20 years since we moved to the area. They are a large family and have always consistently provided great food and service. We have inaugurated, ordered to go and delivered meals. You also looked after our parties and family dinners, and I can never remember ever having problems. We have been pulled out of the state since then and go for a few meals when we visit back. We recently had my son's graduation party when we came home last weekend. "It has been a while since I have been to Baldwin but was in the area scouting for Pizza Hunters App. Customer service was amazing. Positive experience at the counter. Super friendly and helpful. Had the Margarita slice which was very good. This is a big slice with a big crust. Solid on all categories. Not sure the big crust would grade the highest in tournament competition, but it was above average for sure. I will be going back soon to sample other slices for sure."
