"This local Boulder chain offers excellent sandwiches, with only about eight locations in Boulder and Longmont. The quality of the meat, bread, cheese, and vegetables surpasses that of even the top national chains, all at similar prices. I have a lot of admiration for the manager at this location—she's always present, taking orders, making sandwiches, and training new staff. I've honestly never visited and not interacted with this kind, dedicated woman. Support your local restaurants, especially when they serve delicious, fresh, and healthy food!"
