To make matters worse, the meatballs in my sub were spoiled, and my friend's salad was old and unappetizing. When we requested a refund, she was defensive and unhelpful, initially unwilling to accommodate us. If she dedicated as much effort to ensuring the food was fresh and safe to eat as she does on her excessive makeup, our experience might have been different. Additionally, the heavyset man in the corner was sweating profusely over the pizzas he was preparing, which was quite off-putting. I will never return to this place."
