"I can't understand why someone had a negative experience at Rockport House of Pizza and chose to complain instead of simply asking for a replacement, which I know they would have gladly provided. My husband and I have always had wonderful experiences there. He absolutely loves their calzones, and I like to try different items on the menu. Today, I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon, and it was outstanding—hands down the best grilled cheese I've ever had, and I've been enjoying them for 58 years! It was so filling that I saved half for tomorrow, especially since I had some of their delicious fried pickles on the side. The staff is fantastic—always friendly on the phone—and Andrew, the delivery guy, is incredibly fast. We know Andrew, so we might be a bit biased, but he's great! The prices are very reasonable too. If you come across that one-star review from the disgruntled customer, just ignore it so you don't miss out on this amazing place!"
