"One aspect that really frustrated me during this visit was the assistant manager's inability to process an electronic gift card from Bob Evans. If she doesn't know how to handle gift cards, I question her role as assistant manager. Initially, she told me that I couldn't use the e-gift card at the restaurant and that only specific gift cards could be used at the cash register. Really? If they sell e-gift cards to the public, why aren't they usable? I didn’t get a response. I had to explain that another manager had successfully entered the card before, and after some persistence, they finally got it to work after several attempts.
I enjoyed a quick bite to eat and drink, but the restroom was not clean, and she forgot to bring me utensils after delivering my meal."
