"I'm in customer service. I know how it works. I ordered a simple turkey and bacon sandwich and wanted it served cold. I expressed that to the order taker over the phone several times. So I get my order and it's hot. I know it's petty but why can't people just do their job correctly? In my field if I make a mistake I pay for it. Literally! It comes out of my paycheck! Get it together guys! I know it's a small thing but get your orders and requests correct!"
