"I was at the stone brewery tap house, which has 5/5 beer, and saw this place next door. I’m from out of state (Texas) where most Thai restaurants do a spice level of 1-5. I like some spicy Thai food and usually order a 4. Koon Thai does their spice rating 1-10, so (without reading the reviews) I ordered a 7 with my drunken noodles thinking that was comparable. It was not comparable. On the 1-5 scale, their 7 was still a 7. If you’re smart enough to read the reviews before ordering, unlike me, then use caution with you spice level. Good food and service, would eat again without destroying my digestive system and ordering a lower spice level."
