"The food isn't bad and portions are large.. It would be nice if they could get the order right. Who ever is answering the phone does not listen and does not know the menu. When you ask for them to repeat the order the woman who is answering has an attitude. The biggest problem is her English is not very good and has a difficult understanding orders, which causes the customer not getting what they have ordered. This has happened to us several times, I may rethink and order elsewhere next time"

"The waitress consuela had a horrible attitude when I requested her to fix my order. Then had the audacity to bring me the correct food but slam it onto my table. It?s common for them to forget to bring you your food. Chicken soup is bland. The gratuity is already included and it?s very high even after the horrible service they provided."

However, the atmosphere could benefit from some modernization. Last night, I had the fish and chips, and it was amazing! The portions of cod were quite generous, and the fries were hot and crispy. "I came to the restaurant with a recommendation from the motel where I stopped for an overnight stay, in fact an excellent recommendation, the restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, the waitress that served was pleasantly friendly and knew how to answer and explain the dishes of course the recommendations were appropriate. If it is an Italian restaurant then eat accordingly, we ate lasagna with meatballs and filled chicken parmesan for dessert ice cream and homemade cheesecake, was excellent and highly recommended"

"We don't eat here often (mile) but if we do, we always have the most beautiful servers. Ours were as it should be. Soup, very good n hot, pasta perfectly boiled, and drinking strawberry frozen adults was so satisfying. A tiny problem when you get 2 years old to eat for your birthday. The constant rocket crys out loud that the mother is worse than the child. Why can't these guys stay with McDonalds where they belong? We couldn't even talk. When they got up, they let the whole room breathe. The rest of our time was very nice."
