"Have always loved this place but they are clearly not seeking out the local crowd with their wine prices. First time back since Covid, and now a $40 Clio Jumilla is $200. The resort has gone bonkers with their wine markups. Several other great steakhouses in town that don’t mark up wine 5x. Other that that, super-friendly staff, service and great food, but would not expect less for the expense."

"Upstairs seating near the bar was the best atmosphere I’ve ever had in a bar section! Although my back was toward the bar, it was as if we were alone. Our waiter was very attentive without hovering and knowledgeable with appropriate suggestions. The crab cake appetizer was excellent, but I wish I hadn’t shared it! The main meals (steaks, salads, vegetables) were well cooked and delicious. A delightful experience anywhere, but surprising for Huntsville!"

"What a great place! Had date night planned and our original spot had a 2 hour wait... Thank goodness because we LOVED this place. They were a bit busy and but had tables, just very busy staff. The Irish Coffee was so good I had 3!! Dinner was delicious had the Shepard's Pie, and the large chunks of veggies made it even better. Great spot for friends, date night, lunch, dinner. We were just visiting for the weekend and wish we had more time for another visit. Try an Irish Coffee!!!!!"

"For the second time in a row, the service was terrible. You may not have enough wait people because it took 15 minutes for her to give us menus. A long time to take our order and forever to get our bill at the end. Had to ask busboy for items because our wait person never came by the table and never looked our way if/when she walked by. "We were pleasantly surprised to find that this restaurant was not too crowded when we visited on Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend. The atmosphere is very laid-back and whimsical. Tucked away in a small corner, the outdoor terrace was not overly noisy. We tried the wings and the black bean burger, both of which were delicious. I would also recommend trying the "world's smallest chocolate sundae." It's a tiny shot of chocolate syrup served with ice cream and whipped cream, but it's absolutely delicious. It's just the right size to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling too heavy. Overall, a great experience - we will definitely be returning."

"Our server Sara/Sarah was very helpful and polite. I asked what Lyla's is known for and she told me about their breakfast, sandwiches and Mediterranean dishes. I tried the Appetizer Combo...which is hummus, baba ganoosh (smokey and delicious), tabouli (wow), falafel (very crunchy outer coating) and pita bread (it did not come with a pickle...if you see one in my picture). I also ordered the Combination Platter...which had beef kafta,. shish kebob, shish tawook, lamb, rice and grilled vegetables. The food was very tasty...but I would suggest bringing someone to share the food with... because it was a lot for one person."
