"I ordered the Pepperoni Extreme Pizza through Grubhub around midnight. When I arrived for pickup, the staff checked my order and informed me that they had mistakenly made a plain cheese pizza instead. They explained that they didn’t have the cup pepperoni needed to prepare the Pepperoni Extreme and asked how I would like to proceed. It would have been courteous for them to contact me about the issue, as I’ve had other restaurants call in similar situations to offer alternatives or cancellations. We eventually agreed that they would make the pizza with the pepperoni they had available, and I waited about 15 minutes for it. The 12-inch hand-tossed Pepperoni Extreme pizza was just okay. If you're craving pizza late at night, this place is an option since there aren't many other restaurants open past midnight."

"HORRIFIC! COOK WITH NO GLOVES HANDLING FOOD! I'm absolutely appalled, went to pick up my order and could not believe my eyes to see the guys behind the counter with no mask or gloves and the one guy was chopping up the food. The order was wrong on my ticket and I quickly asked for it to be refunded. The one guy was pleasant enough, but the three of them appeared to be half baked. They lost my business entirely."

"My daughter and I ordered a pizza right before close, unfortunately we didnt realize until after and were gracious they took our order. Me being a major pizza lover was hesitant when my daughter picked Chanellos, I must say it was VERY delicious, we got a large with spinach, ham, bacon, and roma tomatoes, very fresh! I definitely will be using them more, also the driver was very polite, for it being so late. Thanks Chanellos your excellent!! update- WOW,! 6/29 Pizza awesome, excellent and prompt delivery A+ CHANELLOS ! You definitey have my vote, CHECK THEM OUT!"

"Pizza was great. Delicious! We took the rest all the way back home to Pennsylvania! All these bad reviews are wack, almost turned us off, but I’ve worked pizza I understand staff shortages and problems occur, and hangry people get impatient so we Ordered online, said It would take an hour, which we didn’t mind. It’s a Saturday night, I’m sure their busy! Pizza was right on time, hot and fresh! Delivery driver was super nice! He even brought us plates and napkins, we didn’t even ask!! We had to have pizza here, my boyfriend lived in the area over twenty years ago and he said we had to try! It was great, pizza was good 20 years ago, still stands true to this day!! It was well worth the wait!!!"
