"The new owners need some help on restaurant management. We walked in with 12 visible tables empty and bussed. We were told 10-15 minute wait. Not sure why, but then as we were seated 10 minutes later, our waiter took almost 15 to even acknowledge us. The only reason, by the way, was my husband's stink eye that brought attention to the manager that no one had even greeted as at the table. Restaurant service 101... at minimum, greet the table <2-3 minutes. Guest understand when you are backed up, but SO MANY open tables AND a wait. I really miss the great service we always received."
