"I'm coming here quite often for lunch. I came to lunch a week ago and got my meal. When I came back to work and looked at my food, I noticed that I lacked the avocado I had requested, as well as the green onions. No big deal, I called the store and spoke to someone named Eder. He assured me that they would give me the avocado without charges on my next visit and a drink for the inconvenience. I was happy with it and he told me I had to do everything to give them my name and they would take care of me. I went in today and let the cashier know that I spoke to Eder and went about what he had told me. She giggled, looked at the back of the Soda machine and said sadly, sick have to call him. During lunch time is limited, so after she disappeared 3 minutes or so, she came back with a customer on the phone. She apologized and said she had to call. I told her not to worry about it because it should be easy, and I was crunchy at a time, she laughed again and took my order. When I gave my order, I left the dumplings I had ordered. Idk, when I come back. Customer service is terrible."
