"I would give this restaurant 10 stars if I could. The person who cooked this put their heart and soul into it. I was moved to tears while eating, it was that good. It's the kind of delicious that makes you want to proclaim your love for the chef. I would trade anything for a carne quesadilla from here. This is hands down the best restaurant I've ever been to. I would hug everyone in the restaurant if I could. I am Alibertos' number one fan. If there were 1,000 fans, I'd still be one of them. If Alibertos had no fans, I must be dead."

"Worst Mexican food Ive ever had. Had absolutely no flavor, the "salsa" was so diluted, the guacamole was disgusting, and the tortillas were oddly sweet and gummy. I tried to season it at home, but it couldnt fix the flavor. Please order elsewhere."

"I've tried food here twice one from the redwood location and now from the columbus pkwy location. There are so many other places to get decent food. This just isnt it. At redwood location i got flautas and a tostada. Worst food ive ever had. At this location i got a carnitas burrito. Carnitas weren't what i call carnitas but at least it was cooked. The burrito was okay. My daughter got a quesadilla. As a kid who loves quesadillas she ate half and threw out the rest. This is just very sub par food at the end of the day im not going to go out of my way to come here again."

"FRESH DELICIOUS!! My wife I were visiting Capitola for the first time dreaming of an affordable, delicious meal to enjoy during what was shaping up to be a gorgeous beach sunset. We found Mijo’s on Google saw the excellent reviews. It was perfect! Just a few steps away from the beach and the decor was very pleasant. As we stepped up to order takeout, the chef was excited to serve us and gave some helpful suggestions. I got the shrimp burrito my wife got 2/5 tacos. We also had some fresh-made chips, salsa and fresh-made guacamole. Oh, and their salsa options are incredible! If you’re in Capitola was some delicious Mexican takeout, we highly recommend Mijo’s Taqueria!"
