"I enjoyed her eating and was over 10 times this restaurant and even ordered my lunch here many paints. a few days ago I ordered a pad thai with extra egg and an early roll through seamless. Once I got it, I found that there was no extra ice on my pad thai and the early rolls were burned a bit, but I couldn't eat it because of its bitter taste. I wasn't happy about eating and wanted to go to seamless. according to a specialist at seamless, they informed me that my food will not be ordered again, but they will give me a full refund. I thought that's reasonable because they know I can just order dinner again. after that I tried to order from this res, it will be cancelled again and again and I felt like they would not take my order with purpose. So I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. she has blocked an order from my number and the reason is that I was not satisfied with my order and if I received a refund, I would have reordered the same food in this restaurant. but obviously I didn't do that, I feel like they assume that I'm a person who confused this kind of refund system. I explained what happened with my order before and told her that I don't understand why I would have to reorder in this restaurant (they sometimes know they are not satisfied with eating in their fav restaurant, they can just think a cook working at the moment was not the person they were looking for so something and they could order the food there next time) but then they turned their equipment down on the ground why their ordering was not today there are many Thai restaurants in my neighbourhood and this is not the only option.
