"We ordered a gyro platter through DoorDash but it arrived without any gyro meat. After calling the restaurant, they told us to return the incorrect order and they would prepare a new one. However, when my husband went to Rosemary Grill, the worker/manager refused to give him a new platter without the original one. Despite us never being told to return the wrong order, the manager insisted we were. We ended up throwing out the food and my husband was disappointed that the manager lied about providing a replacement. He expressed that he would not be returning to the restaurant, both in person and through delivery services. The gyro platter we received only had rice and salad, no gyro meat. This was a very disappointing experience for us, especially for my husband who values good customer service. We will not be patronizing Rosemary Grill again after this incident.
