"I visit Alfredo's at least twice a month, and their chicken pasta dishes are simply outstanding! The prices are unbeatable, and the portions are always generous enough for at least two meals. I usually stick to the chicken dishes, especially the Chicken Venetian, while my friend is a big fan of the chicken parm sub. We've also enjoyed the steak tips for dinner and in salads. "My family and I had an unbelievable experience at Little Tokyo. We were charged a $17 gratuity tip even though only four of us placed orders and the baby didn't eat. When we questioned the owner about this, he explained that their policy is to add a gratuity tip when there are five orders in a party. Despite other guests agreeing that this was unfair and disrespectful, the owner refused to remove the tip. It was disappointing to be profiled in this way and treated with such disrespect. The owner's response further demonstrated his unprofessional behavior. We will not be returning to this restaurant. Thank you."

"I called last weekend to place a order for 7 party trays for my parent’s 30th anniversary. I ordered sesame chicken, combination fried rice, spicy wings, beef pepper steak, chicken chow main, egg rolls, and beef broccoli. The waiter on the phone was so professional and patient. He answered all my questions and kindly addressed all my special requests. At the date of the anniversary, the employee called to confirm my orders beforehand to make sure everything went smoothly. The driver delivered my food very quickly and helped me carry them in. The food was fresh and delicious, like usual. I am very glad that this place existed in our neighborhood, not only their food is awesome, but they also pay attention to every little detail, very very impressive.I was already blown away with how awesome their food was, and now even more so with their customer service and professionalism.Keep it up guys!"

"I’ve always loved this place. My 19th birthday is coming up in less than 2 weeks and I’ve been coming here since my 14th birthday. "We appreciated that this restaurant was open until 2 PM on July 4th, as we were able to grab sandwiches to take to the park. Many other places were closed for the holiday. The service was friendly, and the deli meats were freshly sliced. Our sandwiches were prepared quickly, and the prices were reasonable. They offered a variety of chips, cookies, and candies, as well as daily newspapers for sale. A local news station was playing on the TV, adding to the atmosphere. The location is conveniently situated just off the main highway. We would definitely recommend it and would happily return!"

"My first ever yelp review is dedicated to you! Good job losing several LONG TIME customers today! I 've had my share of bad customer service but this one takes the cake! My boyfriend called in an order for a chicken parm pizza which we get here all the time. The guy on the phone was being totally rude saying they never do that and he had no idea what we were talking about. My boyfriend tried explaining and the guy continued to be a total ass. My bf told him so and said well you 're retarded because you just lost a customer. The guy answering the phone proceeded to call my bf back multiple times. It 'd be a totally different story if he had been calling trying to apologize and get our business back.. But instead he called to threaten us and kept saying to come outside (since we were getting a delivery he knows where we live) ... He only stopped calling when we threatened to involve the cops.. We 've been ordering her for years. I 'll never be ordering from here ever again! Absolutely disgusting that Broadway 's best would have someone like that working for them. All of this over a pizza! Insane!!! Just a friendly tip (from a waitress), if you can 't handle an unhappy customer, then you 're in the wrong line of work."
