"The atmosphere of the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, which should have raised a red flag, especially considering the huge festival happening right outside. The server seemed completely disengaged, and we had to remind them several times to bring our drinks. The food was quite forgettable, although it was relatively affordable, which was a small saving grace. When they cleared our plates, the staff attempted to wipe down the table while we were still seated, leaving behind a messy smear of sauce as we waited for the bill. It took quite a while to receive it, particularly since it seemed like the only other diners were the owners."
