"Hostess was great in greeting us, we gave up our counter seating and chose the bar instead (which is not reserved). Probably not the best move: our bartender was a lousy server, even though we were there pre-rush and he was not that busy. On his phone much of the time, not really checking in and managing our pace the way you want at a place that has great food and is not inexpensive. Cocktails were good, chicken pot pie was so-so (the take on crust they do is made more for photos than for eating, plus I had hoped they were doing rabbit which they often do), short ribs were very good. Overall a nice experience but not something I feel I need to reserve a month in advance again."
