"I live near Manas and have eaten there often. Today I stopped for lunch and a black man gave me a compliment. I thanked him and told him he was “a class act” A Russian woman close to us at the buffet obviously thought that it was an insulting importance that he had NO class. She followed me to my table and called me, called me and called me to a racist (I am white) and called me and told me to get the F out, pick my keys out of the table and throw them on me, and finally SPITTING ON ME. Management didn't do anything. While I supported local businesses and enjoyed eating at Manas often, even using them for dinner parties, I felt fear, malignant and completely alone, as six members of the staff (including the man and the woman owner) stood to observe while a repeated customer was attacked by a clearly mentally disturbed woman. Shame on Manas. Shame, shame."
