"Shame on Open Table. We have loved this restaurant, made a reservation for a birthday celebration, and arrived to find the restaurant closed and the contents liquidated. NO ONE CALLED. Luckily we contacted another restaurant who accommodated the party and we moved that location, albeit having a much later celebration that night. Someone should have called to let us know that the restaurant was no more and Open Table should have known this... Makes me question how well you stay in touch with your restaurants. Now you contact me to have me rate this closed restaurant. Please get your act together."

"DO NOT bother going here. The service is the slowest, both servers in the restaurant are not even attentive to customers and have nasty attitudes. We waited with a menu in our hands for at least 15 minutes and neither of the servers even looked at our table to acknowledge we were waiting, let alone taking orders. The restaurant was not even crowded on Wednesday evening. Pathetic. Don't go or you'll end up wasting your time."

"Luigi's is excellent! Placed a to go order online it was 100% correct, even with a modification (I'm constantly plagued with mess ups) and the food was still hot after a long drive home. The service when I picked up the food was wonderful! The staffwas very friendly and prompt in bringing my food, they even packaged my salad separately so it wouldn't be hot from the pasta,which more places should be doing! We ordered garlic bread with cheese, meatball sub and shrimp scampi (I added capers) whichcame with a house salad and the house tomato vinaigrette everything was delicious. I will definitely be ordering from hereagain! My one request please put a scampi piccata on the menu without meat. It's so delicious but no one ever offers avegetarian friendly version!"

"We had the best experience in Verona! The staff is more than amazing, especially Brandon! He made experience more than amazing, he explicitly explained the specials and was very welcoming and nice! Didn't have that experience for so long. We went to his recommendations and it was the best! Fried tomatoes were exquisite!! The oysters were incredibly fresh, for the main course we had the branzino and filled gnocchi ricotta and shrimps. In any case, visit again! This place is a jewel!!"

"The food was a 6. The service was 10. The sauce was fat (needs a better sauce) and ordered two different dishes, but they looked like the waiter put them on the table mixed. They had to look around what was, a lasagna and a trio sampler of Pasta. (The menu also has great selection and great selection) The salad was not great because the salad was already brown (rusty). Need more restaurants in the area, but with high quality food preparation."

The chicken pasta and broccoli dish was very dry and bland and the chicken Parmesan was pre frozen and breaded chicken tenders with a tiny bit of sauce on top and not great. You guys gotta up your game and add more sauce; very dry dishes with limited flavor. Food: 2"
